Amman Bus does not distribute or sell your information to third parties. For the optimum user experience, you have to register in Amman Bus website and Amman Bus app to be able to charge your card online. Amman Bus urges you to protect your user name and password and never share your information with anyone. Amman Bus is not responsible for the misuse of your account information caused by yourself. However, in the unfortunate event of any suspicious transaction, you have to inform Amman Bus team immediately to take the appropriate action. Amman Bus has the full right to suspend and cancel any user’s registration in the case of breaching Amman Bus website and app’s terms and conditions, or in the case of causing any harm to Amman Bus team members.

Payment by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)

• Now you can charge your Amman Bus card online by using a credit card – Visa and MasterCard. Both local and international credit cards are accepted.
• All charging transactions that occur on Amman Bus website and app by credit cards are provided by a third party provider which is accredited in Jordan and internationally.
• All transactions on Amman Bus website and app are highly secured and encrypted using a 3D secure authentication protocol.
• All transactions are processed in Jordanian Dinar. Credit cards that are issued in other currencies will be subject to currency exchange fees from the issuing bank. Amman Bus is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by the issuing bank for currency exchange rates or fees.
• Selling Amman Bus cards is prohibited except for the authorized dealers.
• Buying Amman Bus card credit through Amman Bus website and app for the aim of selling the cards to other users is prohibited.

Refund and return

• Once a transaction on Amman Bus website or app is completed, Amman Bus will not refund or return any credit. Amman Bus urges you to revise the details of any transaction and its components carefully before completing it.
